TSA SHOWCASE 2021

It’s time for each TSA to present their projects and initiatives! The event will be fully moderated by Stela Nau, who started her career at Metro TV, VOA, and has years of extensive experience in working with national institutions and international organizations.

This year, we are also honored to have a panel of judges and keynote speaker such as Aisha Marzuki, Andreas Chang, and Biondi Sima joining us.

AISHA MARZUKI
SPEAKER & JUDGING PANEL

Aisha Marzuki started her career as an architect and continued her career as a consultant focusing on experimenting appropriate solutions as part of the Last Mile Consulting team at Kopernik.

Currently, she is involved in UNDP Accelerator Labs Indonesia as Head of Exploration, which aims to address challenges through identifying emerging trends in the field and enabling innovative processes in the development sector.

BIONDI SIMA
JUDGING PANEL

Biondi Sima is engaged in digital, development, and diplomacy, with a vision to reduce inequality and empower youth.

Currently, Biondi works at the World Bank as a consultant to accelerate the transformation of digital government. He previously designed and executed more than 240 digital projects and 140 partnership portfolios, including for the award-winning program, Digital Village.

Drs. ANDREAS CHANG, MBA
JUDGING PANEL

Drs. Andreas Chang, MBA is the current rector at Binus School of Creative Technology, Bandung. He is a certified instructor of Six Thinking Hats, which also teaches about thinking and creativity, problem solving and decision making, situational leadership, transformational leadership, organizational behavior, and many more.

Moreover, he co-authored some books on conflict management in social ethics review.

FELLEXANDRO RUBY
FOUNDER NEGERI PEMBELAJAR AND CO-FOUNDER THIRTY DAYS OF LUNCH PODCAST

Fellexandro Ruby is half artist / half entrepreneur. He kickstarted his entrepreneurship via Wanderbites & Co in 2014. While solving problems for his clients, he found his “Ikigai” is not only in marketplace but also in education. Through his podcast: Thirty Days of Lunch, he has brought in insights from guests like Gary Vee and Najwa Shihab. From investment topics to career discussion, the podcast has been impacting lives.

Now, he also actively shares life hacks on his Instagram, @fellexandro. As part of his mission to scale up the access to education, Ruby founded MentorGue and Negeri Pembelajar learning platforms. For the same reason, he also finished writing his first-ever (yet best-selling) book You Do You, amidst 2020 pandemic situation.

HENRY MANAMPIRING
AUTHOR, SOCIAL MEDIA ENTHUSIAST

Henry Manampiring is a seasoned consumer behavior and brand marketing practitioner with more than 20 year experience who started his career in consumer insights role at British American Tobacco Indonesia and Coca-Cola Indonesia. In 2003 he moved to creative agency side as a strategic planner and built his career with Lowe, JWT, and Leo Burnett. Within this period he also added Public Relations to his skill repertoire at Edelman Indonesia.

Henry later joined TBWA network and co-founded Disruption Consulting, a maverick consulting model that helps unlock new business and brand avenues using analytical creativity. His client ranges from FMCG to tech, which includes Unilever, P&G, Nestlé, Sampoerna/Philip Morris, and more.

Henry is also a published author of 5 books, the latest on philosophy for self-development and has won Book of The Year award in Indonesia International Book Fair in 2019.

RICKY ABRAHAM
PROFESSIONAL MC AND HOST

Ricky Abraham started his career as a professional Master of Ceremony in 2007 and since then he has been expanding his interests to other communication fields that require creative skills such as radio announcer, presenter, and voice over talent. He’s also a public speaking trainer who loves to encourage people to find their confidence and use their ability for the good cause.

RATRI ANINDYAJATI
PROGRAM MANAGER AT INDONESIAN DANCE FESTIVAL (IDF) INDEPENDENT PRODUCER

Ratri Anindyajati is an Independent Producer for the arts, managing national and international tours and represents both Indonesian and international artists globally. Her projects include dance, theater, arts festivals, exhibitions as well as independent films. She has a Bachelors in Political Science from Parahyangan Catholic University (Bandung) and in 2017 she graduated with Master of Fine Arts in Creative Producing and Management from the Theater Department from California Institute of the Arts (Los Angeles).

Ratri currently sits as Program Manager for the Indonesian Dance Festival (IDF), Jakarta’s first international contemporary dance festival. Ratri, her sister Sita Tyasutami and her mother Maria Darmaningsih are the first COVID-19 cases in Indonesia and since then she has been actively speaking and sharing about her intimate experience publicly about the pandemic and its stigma. Her advocacy along with her arts leadership led her to be chosen as one of ten Women of the Year 2020 by Her World magazine in Indonesia.

NATYA SHINA
SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER AND YOUTUBER

Natya Shina graduated with Masters in International Communication from Macquarie University in Australia and started her career as a reporter for CNN Indonesia before later becoming a full-time content creator.

She achieved the YouTube Golden Play Button for surpassing 1 million subscribers on a channel she co-founded, Step by Step ID, and her single with Eka Gustiwana also hit 2 million views.

Other than YouTube, Natya gained over 500k followers on Instagram, with contents ranging from her passion for fashion, dance routines, to her love for K-Pop. Moreover, she was appointed as Ambassador of K-Culture in 2021and opened her own fashion business called ‘Soldout’.
