Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah, Ph.D. is the Rector of the Bandung Institute of Technology for the period of 2020 – 2025. Reini is the first female rector in ITB’s hostory. She is a Professor from the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering of ITB and a construction management and engineering expert who holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at ITB, and master and doctorate on Civil Engineering at Purdue University, United States.

Anderson Tanoto is an RGE Director, member of the RGE Executive Management Board and member of the Executive Committee of Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL). Anderson is closely involved in APRIL’s fibre operations and business transformation activities, providing strategic direction on the various sustainability and conservation initiatives undertaken by APRIL. As a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tanoto Foundation, Anderson has driven various Foundation initiatives focused on leadership development.

Desy Ratnasari is currently a member of Commission X in Indonesian Parliament overseeing Education, Youth, Sport, Tourism, Arts and Culture Affairs, and Faction Leader of Partai Amanat Nasional in Legislative Body. She  was born in Sukabumi on 12 December 1973, the first-born of 4 siblings. She finished her education from elementary to high school in Sukabumi. In 1990, she was selected as PASKIBRAKA from West Java. She continued her education in Jakarta with Bachelor degree and Psychology Profession Education from Atma Jaya Catholic University (UAJY), Masters from Universitas Indonesia, and currently a Doctoral candidate in Psychology from UAJY. She started her entertainment career since 1988 when she was 15 and was a runner-up in Gadis magazine's Cover Girl. Throughout her career, she achieved popularity and won numerous awards for notable accomplishments in acting, singing from different institutions. She was a lecturer of Industrial and Organizational Psychology for two years in her alma mater, UAJY before being elected as a member of the Parliament in 2014 and re-elected until 2024. She has one daughter who is studying in IPB.

Apart from managing Satucitra, Ricky dedicates his time for Indonesia advertising industry as General Secretary for Indonesia Advertising Agencies Association (P3I) Jakarta Chapter since 2004. Now he is the Vice Chairman for P3I Jakarta chapter 2012 – 2016.

On July 27, 2015 Ricky was appointed Deputy Head of the Indonesian Creative Economy Agency, and starting February 2020 he serves as Special Staff to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy in Digital and Creative Industries.

Merry Riana is an Entrepreneur, Influencer and Educator. In just a short period of time after her graduation, she reached an income of 1 million dollars at the age of 26 years old. Through seminars, books, radio and TV shows, Merry Riana has created a positive impact on the lives of millions of people in Indonesia. In fact, her life story has been portrayed in a movie and became the best-selling biographical film in 2015. Through many branches of the Merry Riana Learning Center which are spread throughout Jakarta area, she has also helped in the self-development of thousands of children and adolescents.

Wafa Taftazani is the Co-Founder and President Commissioner of Modal Rakyat, an Indonesian financial technology platform that brings together borrowers (MSMEs) and lenders, and facilitates safe and reliable digital financial transactions, supported by reliable risk management run by industry veterans. Graduated in 2016 with an MBA from a leading university in the UK, Cambridge University, at a very young age, Wafa has a wealth of experience in large technology companies such as Google, YouTube, SEA and Shopee, as well as in a global financial group, MUFG, as a corporate and investment banker.

Bey Soo Khiang is the Vice-Chairman of RGE and Chairman of APRIL Group. As RGE Vice-Chairman, an appointment he has held since March 2011, Mr. Bey oversees various aspects of RGE’s business management and corporate support functions across its key business groups in areas such as Environmental Sustainability, Research & Development (R&D) and Digital Transformation. He also spearheads the Group’s transformation into a LEAN organisation that embraces continuous improvement while advancing knowledge management capabilities. As the Chairman of APRIL Group, he actively advises APRIL Group’s operations in Indonesia on matters relating to sustainable development. Mr Bey is also the Executive Adviser of the Tanoto Foundation, providing counsel and close management on critical matters affecting the Foundation’s longer-term strategic direction.

Dr J Satrijo Tanudjojo is the global CEO of Tanoto Foundation. He oversees the strategy development and implementation across the geographical areas where Tanoto Foundation operates, namely Indonesia, Singapore and China. He is directly responsible for driving various initiatives to develop partnerships with the local authorities, universities, schools, health care clusters, and international organizations such as UNDP, UNICEF and World Bank, to enhance learning environments, develop future leaders, and facilitate medical research. Satrijo comes to Tanoto Foundation following 35 years of service in the private sector and academics. Starting as an engineer, he steadily grew his career to hold senior executive positions in general management, strategy, and human resources. Satrijo has been President & CEO of several leading international companies in Greater China, Japan, Iran, the Middle East and France.

Tina is currently appointed as Chief People Officer in DANA to establish human resources in all spectrum. She believes that HR is critical as a strategic partner to build the organization with the right start up culture and talent development which makes DANA an employer of choice. Tina has 23 years working experience in Multinationals - mainly in banking industry. With the expertise as a consultant in the last 5 years, Tina strives to build DANA from within and strengthen the executive team to place DANA as the lead of cashless society in Indonesia.

Ms. Sopacua is the Technical Advisor of SDGs for UNDP Indonesia, of which she responsible for overall partnerships between UNDP with government of Indonesia, and other stakeholders in the adoption of the SDGs in Indonesia. 
She is also the Director of the SDG Academy Indonesia, an innovative capacity building programs for state and non-state actors to localize SDGs; a partnership between UNDP Indonesia, Tanoto Foundation, and Ministry of National Planning Development / Bappenas. She has over 15 years of experience working with various organizations; universities, research institutes, international NGOs, and the UN agencies. Previous to the current role with UNDP Indonesia and SDG Academy Indonesia, Ms. Sopacua’s work focus mostly in environmental, water and sanitation issues in the developing countries, especially in the South East Asian region. 

Sihol Parulian Aritonang was appointed President Director of PT Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper in April 2018. He joined from independent philanthropic organisation, Tanoto Foundation. Before joining Tanoto Foundation in 2009, he was the Assistant Country Director at CARE International (Indonesia), an international humanitarian and development NGO. Previously, before entering the development and philanthropy sector, he worked for 10 years in the capital markets and financial sectors in Indonesia. Mr. Aritonang’s passion for education has led him to serve as a lecturer at Universitas Indonesia for more than 25 years. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii in Manoa, Hawaii, in 1993 and his Bachelor's Degree in economics from Universitas Indonesia in 1990.

Triana is an experienced sustainability professional with a wide range of international experience in the government, financial services, philanthropy and corporate sectors complemented by a deep commitment to implementing sustainable community-focused solutions that address social and economic disparity in Indonesia. In her role as APRIL’s Assistant Director of Sustainability, she is focused on the development and execution of a broad range of sustainability initiatives that connect the company’s commitment to environmental, economic and social responsibility with communities and stakeholders, with a strong focus on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Triana has a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) supported by a Bachelor of Science from Lundquist School of Business, University of Oregon. 

Exist has joined CNBC Indonesia since 2017 as a News Anchor. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Forestry from IPB.

Simon is currently working as consultant in one of private industry in Indonesia. Simon holds a strong interest in human capital, business development, and Interpreter. He has been working as mandarin freelance interpreter since 2015 to assist local, national, international companies do business with Chinese partners. Born to a very humble family, it never fails Simon to achieve his dream for being and educated figure. Moreover, Simon had spoken and/or led panels at many of national or International leadership conference and joined youth movement. He received his International Business Master of Business Administration (International Business MBA) from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in Wuhan, China, and his Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Literature from North Sumatera University.

Steffi's academic background includes Erasmus Mundus Master's programme in Information Technology for Business Intelligence (IT4BI) and Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Universitas Indonesia

Nanang is an Architect in one of the leading architecture firms in Singapore. He completed his study at Architecture Study Program of the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2008. Since then, he has been involved in various residential, hotel, commercial and mixed masterplan and architectural projects in Southeast Asia, China, India, Middle East, Turkey and Central Asia.

Nur Efendi Darming is a final year undergraduate Law student at Hasanuddin University and currently holds the Most Outstanding Student Regional LLDIKTI Celebes Area 2020 representing Hasanuddin University. With WeHelp app team, he is the Co-Winner of the 2020 Tanoto Foundation and Wharton School Ideas for Action Incubator Competition. WeHelp was developed to provide women and children victimized by domestic violence with Psychology and Legal Consultancy on the mobile app, with an aim to reduce cases of violence against them in Indonesia, and especially in Makassar.

Efendi also acted as SDGs Youth Campaigner from Fellowship Program of Youth Action Forum 2018 held by SDSNYouth SEA and United In Diversity Foundation, and was a representative of Indonesia in Asia Students Leadership Conference held by SmileAsia Ltd in Singapore. Currently he serves as the head of Tanoto Scholars Association at Hasanuddin University.

Steven is the Co-Founder of eLarvae (organic waste management start-up) and Baramoeda (NGO with a vision of "Youth empowerment for a better planet through education"). Through his initiatives, Steven has reached over 10,000 people in USA, Thailand, and Indonesia to participate in circular economy and environmental education activities.

Steven is a final year undergraduate Biology student in Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and he was chosen as The Most Outstanding Student from Biology Major ITB Batch 2020. eLarvae won the 2020 Tanoto Foundation and Wharton School Ideas for Action Incubator Competition and was selected as Top 25 MVP Start – Up in 2020 Bandung Startup Pitching Day. With Baramoeda, Steven has won Team of the Year award from Youth Leadership Camp for Climate Crisis 2020 among 272 registered teams across Indonesia.
