Harnessing Opportunity through Parenting and Education (HOPE)

In China, Tanoto Foundation is scaling up the HOPE (Harnessing Opportunity through Parenting and Education), a proven model of enhancing the parenting skills of rural caregivers to promote the development of 0-3 years old. Through the model, the Foundation is committed to establishing over 100 parenting centers in rural poverty-stricken areas of China over the next 5 years.

The parenting centers provide 0-3 years old a safe and stimulating environment for play-based learning while providing their caretakers with curated games, books and training programs to help them nurture infant development.
