Imelda Tanoto

Imelda Tanoto steers Tanoto Foundation’s international governance and is active in developing entrepreneurial talents and capabilities in the next generation.

Through the launches of the Tanoto Foundation Centre for Child and Maternal Health Programmes (TF Centre for CHaMP) and a range of medical professorships in Singapore, Ms. Tanoto is a keen advocate for early childhood development, maternal health research, and Asia-focused medical research, the latter of which seeks to improve not only the lifespan but also the healthspan of communities in the region.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Tanoto is active in RGE’s global business development as Managing Director and Executive Management Board member.
